Sleep optimisation, best entry techniques in trading, best exercises for muscle-building, and more.
How to improve the quality of your sleep, which exercises help lose fat and build muscle the best, the best points for entry in trading and more resources inside.
Hi Friends,
Last week I was in Thailand as part of an off-site with colleagues. I came back to India on Tuesday, and was working on understanding more about how to improve my sleep quality.
Whatever I have arrived at in terms of optimisation, I have shared them here in a thread.

I have also restarted weightlifting a month back.
I came across a thread which was very very good, on the specific exercises that help you build muscle, lose fat, and optimise your workouts.
Check it out here:

On trading, there are few blog posts I read which were very helpful in ideating around entry methods.

I am sure these posts will help you understand entries better.
Also, if you didnβt know - the original turtle trader Jerry Parker hosts a trend following club based Twitter Spaces every week.
You can ask him questions around trend following, and generally around trading, investing, etc.

One last thing before I wrap this.
Adani group has been moving up like crazy and the price behavior looks like a bubble and feels like a bubble. With Adani Ent joining Nifty, the craziness is only going to go further.
If youβre holding any Adani group in profits, regularly take out some of your investment and keep booking profits as the price moves further up.
It can go 10x up from here also. But thereβs also the possibility that it can fall crazily (as with all parabolic looking charts) and bring down the market as a whole (as several banks are involved).
So, just leaving this here.

Thatβs all from my end for this week folks.
